Birds are incredible
This is a fine art print of a Nuthatch and Chickadee in the thick of winter. I brought a 10mm lens and a hope that i could get a wide angle shot of a Nuthatch climbing down the tree and it lined up perfectly!
A fine art print of a Great Blue Heron, wading through a marsh full of purple flowers.
A fine art print of a gorgeous Long-eared Owl basking in the early morning sun.
A fine art print of an Eastern Whip-poor-will. After a long 13-hour day of birding during BWIAB, I made my way to an earlier discovered whip-poor-will location at 8:30pm and waited for the cute nightjar to make a move, preparing to get ready for night hunting. After a little while, the little guy started shaking out his feathers and yawning. I was able to capture him mid-yawn shortly before taking flight.
This fine art print was taken during the winter on a frozen lake, displaying the beautiful spread of a Sandhill Crane.
This fine art print is one of my favorite images of a nightjar- this beautiful creature was stretching out briefly after a long day of sitting in the same spot.
A fine art print of a close-up image of one of my dear friends- Sandhill Jerry, the one-legged crane. His eyeball is fascinating.
A fine art print of a Common Loon that I captured on a lake in Michigan while kayaking.
A fine art print of Sandhill Crane colts. This image is one i hold dear, it’s of a couple of colts playfully snipping one anothers leg. Very cute.
A fine art print of a Common Loon I captured at sunrise on a lake in Michigan!
A fine art print of a Sandhill Crane. This is my #1 photo that ive taken of a Sandhill Crane over the winter at the beginning of 2026. We were sharing a lake together and a few of them got curious as i watched them.
A fine art print of a gorgeous screech owl, sitting in their very fitting sycamore home.
A fine art print, taken on a kayak on Muskegon River, 4th of July, 2026. It was a fine day out, as Madeline and I kayaked, we saw 13 Green Heron. Not having many photo opportunities, I was just grateful to watch them. We got about ¾ of the way through the river when a Green Heron was calmly doing their thing amongst a few people relaxing on the shore and a boatload of people screaming and yelling in celebration. The Heron managed to give me just the composition I was hoping for. Thank you Green Heron.
Nature photo prints, captured with love and curiosity:)
I have completed my first photobook which you can also find in my shop!
A fine art print of a gorgeous juvenile Mute Swan, preening on Reeds Lake, MI!
